Founded in the heart of Colorado in 2004, MAD Greens is a Denver-born brand where living an active lifestyle, eating healthy, and playing in the great outdoors is a way of life. Since the start, MAD Greens has believed that healthy, fast, and fresh food should be mainstream, approachable, and flavorful. We’re all about embracing the fun in food and making healthy eating a choose your own adventure.

Darden Coors, a loyal customer and avid fan of MAD Greens, discovered her MADness in 2013, when she stepped in as CEO after AC Restaurant Group, a Coors family company, acquired MAD Greens. Darden is passionate about MAD Greens commitment to high- quality ingredients, amazing culinary experiences, and positive company culture. With an eye for growth, MAD Greens tripled the number of locations under her leadership, and is excited to continue expansion with new non-traditional and franchise opportunities.
